Jackson Heights Productions is an American film production company founded by childhood friends Robert Sabella and Sandy Kyrkostas.  Robert and Sandy grew up in Jackson Heights, a neighborhood in Queens New York.  They have known each other literally since they were 1 years old.

 

Robert went on to become a lawyer, author and tech entrepreneur and Sandy went on to make movies, including Empire State, which he made as part of the film production company he founded 24p Media. 

 

These childhood friends have joined to form Jackson Heights Productions based on a lifelong friendship and a passion for making impactful movies. (or a passion for making movies that matter).
